We will gladly replace faulty items if a product has slipped through our high levels of quality control, please drop us an email immediately at email@example.com - we are here for you! All exchanges/refunds must be submitted with details of the issue within 3 days of receiving your parcel and we will follow up for you. Please keep your proof of purchase (e.g. your receipt).
